  Prints

We are able to print archival prints in 8x10, 5x5 and ACEOs (2.5" x 3.5" miniatures). 8x10 prints are available for $25 including US shipping. If you would like to order an 8x10 and you don't see it on the painting's page, please contact us. These prints are trimmed to size, with no border.

We also offer open edition giclée prints of pretty much any available (i.e., unsold) painting. Professionally printed giclee by FinerWorks in San Antonio, Texas, using UV pigmented inks. Archival quality and rated to last 150 to 200 years. Information on available prints is included on the page for each painting.

A giclée (ghee-clay) is a fine art print that is the highest quality print available today. Giclée is a French word which loosely translates to "spray of ink". Merging art and science, the process produces exceptional museum-quality prints. Using an image of the original painting, a printing head sprays millions of ink droplets to a perceived resolution of 1850 dpi (dots per inch) with the ability to reproduce 512 levels of gray per color (cmyk). The inks used in this process are specifically developed for the reproduction of fine art, and closely capture the original.

The giclée prints on fine art paper have a 1" border for ease in matting and framing. This paper is acid-free, matte finished with a slightly-structured soft-textured surface.

The prints on stretched canvas are stapled on the sides.
