Cypress Tree in Storm

Against a dramatic dark sky, the cypress tree perches on a rock along 17-Mile Drive in Carmel. This California ocean seascape is part of the Dreamscapes series, which combines my original paintings with digital enhancements. The grunge texture give the piece a weathered, Victorian Gothic feel. The copyright watermarks on the image do not appear on the actual print.
