A tuxedo cat suns herself next to a Japanese maple tree, in a field of bluebells. This enchanting piece was painted from a day when this sweet little cat was out in my front yard. This Impressionist landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
