The full moon looks back from a break in the clouds at an owl singing in a pine tree. Below the mountains, lights blur and join together. Some may be roads, or clusters distant houses or just the glow of the moon on waterways. This abstract Pacific Northwest landscape, predominantly in purple, yellow and orange, is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
This painting will hang just fine on a nail (or may be framed). Additional hanging hardware is not included (local art or framing stores can usually be found to add this at a nominal cost, if wanted).
