During certain times of the year, the sunrise is in amazing shades of red. This is the view if I walk out behind my house when it's just getting light. A colorful Oregon landscape painting of a sunrise over the Three Sisters mountains. Dark pine tree silhouettes frame the misty valley. The sky features dramatic bands of blue, purple, violet, orange, and yellow, with geese flying across the scene. This Pacific Northwest landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
This painting will hang just fine on a nail. Hanging hardware is not included (local art or framing stores can usually be found to add this at a nominal cost).
