Beside a roaring waterfall, an elderly sage with a long white braid plays a flute, gazing farewell at the Siamese cat in the distance making her way through the cat torii to the temple beyond. Birds fly upwards from the temple, perhaps other spirits on their way. Another piece in memory of my lovely cat, Sky. This meditation landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
This painting will hang just fine on a nail. If you would like hanging wire added to the back of the canvas, however, please let me know in the notes to seller when you check out. Or, email me right after.
