A vibrant landscape depicts a serene wetlands pond bordered by a frosty, blue forest and distant snow-capped mountains, under a dramatic, swirling sky of orange and purple hues. Geese fly gracefully across the bright yellow horizon, enhancing the sense of tranquility and wonder in the scene. This landscape, inspired by views of the wetlands at Finley National Refuge, a place I often visit, is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
Please note...pour painting is a bit unpredictable. In the sky, there are places with imperfections in the paint, which only make this piece even more one-of-a-kind.
This painting will hang just fine on a nail. Hanging hardware is not included (local art or framing stores can usually be found to add this at a nominal cost).
