Glorious sunset colors are reflected in the rushing Columbia River and coloring the mountains surrounding the river gorge. Geese fly through the setting sun. The pine trees in the foreground add perspective to the opening vista. This contemporary Oregon landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
This painting will hang just fine on a nail. Hanging hardware is not included (local art or framing stores can usually be found to add this at a nominal cost).
