Autumn in the Rain

A bright orange tree on the banks of a lake in the rain. Beautiful colors, reminiscent of the Aurora Borealis, are reflected in the water. This Pacific Northwest landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are finished off in black acrylic). It has been lightly varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
