A vibrant landscape features a cascading waterfall flowing between lush green bamboo and rocky terrain. A path winds up from a red torii gate through the bamboo to a distant zen temple. Phlox flowers accent the dark rock formations, creating a striking contrast with the white waterfall. A pilgrim sits playing a flute by the waterfall, her Siamese cat loyally sitting by her side, a brief rest on their way to the temple. This landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
This painting will hang just fine on a nail. Hanging hardware is not included (local art or framing stores can usually be found to add this at a nominal cost).
