The sun has just set and there is a last glimmer of brightness behind the distant mountains as day gives way to twilight. A lone pine tree stands in front of the layers of mountains, mist and trees as geese fly through the layers of clouds. This contemporary Pacific Northwest landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
This painting will hang just fine on a nail. Hanging hardware is not included (local art or framing stores can usually be found to add this at a nominal cost).
