A weary pilgrim stops to rest in a field of poppies. He plays his flute, accompanied by the music of the waterfall. A red torii on one of the craggy peaks points the way to a distant temple high up in the mountains. This is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
