Stone Lantern and Turtle Original Painting Laura Milnor Iverson

A stone lantern and a turtle on a rock overlook a triple waterfall in a colorful Japanese garden. This landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted).  Acrylic pour skins were used as a collage, providing a unique look. It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors. This beautiful piece of artwork evokes serenity, peace and beauty.
