Walking back downhill on a trail in November at the McDonald-Dunn Forest in Corvallis, Oregon, I caught sight of this lovely view. Pine trees and fall colors. The mountains in the background in layers of mist. Geese flying through wispy clouds in a blue sky. This contemporary Pacific Northwest landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
This painting will hang just fine on a nail (or may be framed). Additional hanging hardware is not included (local art or framing stores can usually be found to add this at a nominal cost, if wanted).
