In the early morning light, a lone pilgrim with a staff casts long shadows as she makes her way up the mountain path to a temple in the mist. She has already passed through the torii and entered the sacred realm. A waterfall cascades down craggy peaks. Birds fly upward in the distance. A lovely landscape in mint green and burgundy tones. This spiritual art is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
