A vibrant woodland scene features tall, dark tree trunks with colorful foliage and a bright, glowing path. Various shades of purple, green, and yellow create a dreamlike forest ambiance. This scene is from a little hidden woodland in a nearby nature area, where I'm often walking out early in the morning from my home in Corvallis, Oregon. This contemporary landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
