This is a scene I see from the cemetery behind my house. In April, the Kwanzan trees bloom and frame the distant landscape. A green forest leads to the rolling hills, which gradually meet the serene snow-capped peaks of the Three Sisters Mountains in the distance, as migrating geese fly over. Pink petals dance in the air. This Oregon landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
This painting will hang just fine on a nail. If you would like hanging wire added to the back of the canvas, however, please let me know in the notes to seller when you check out. Or, email me right after.
