Impressionist landscape of stormy clouds over layers of distant blue mountains, bright autumn foliage and golden grasses. This vista is from one of my favorite local places, the wetlands at William L Finley National Refuge, just outside Corvallis, Oregon. This pour painting is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
