A Zen Buddhist monk plays his flute under a gorgeous golden gingko tree. Leaves have fallen gently on the ground. High up on the craggy cliffs, a welcoming temple by a cascading waterfall. A torii guides the way. This landscape is an original acrylic painting on a stretched canvas (the staple-free sides are painted). It has been varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors.
This painting will hang just fine on a nail. Additional hanging hardware is not included (local art or framing stores can usually be found to add this at a nominal cost, if wanted).
